Prerana, an unit of Carmel Jyothi Trust in Jagulur, Davangere is actively involved in fostering the education of young minds. Each year, Prerana shortlists a few children to whom financial assistance / scholarship is given, in addition to Uniform, Notebooks and Text Books. Here Rev Frs. William Miranda and Anthon Souza of Prerana Social Center, are distributing note books to 30 poor children at a school at Jagulur Taluk.
